- About Office Club
Office Club offers a range of flexible workspace solutions including hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices, and meeting rooms. Our goal is to provide a professional environment that supports productivity, collaboration, and business growth.
- Membership & Workspace Access
Membership provides access to workspace facilities based on the selected plan. Workspace allocation may vary depending on availability, operational requirements, or improvements made to enhance the overall member experience.
Access credentials are issued for individual use only and should not be shared or transferred.
- Membership Plans & Services
We offer flexible membership plans tailored to different business needs. Each plan includes specific services and benefits, which are communicated at the time of onboarding.
Office Club continuously works to improve its offerings, and therefore, services, pricing, or inclusions may be updated periodically.
- Payments & Billing
Membership fees are payable in advance as per the selected plan. Timely payments ensure uninterrupted access to workspace and services.
In case of delayed payments, access to services may be temporarily restricted until dues are cleared. Continued delays may result in suspension or discontinuation of services.
- Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required at the time of onboarding. This deposit helps maintain the quality of facilities and may be adjusted against any outstanding dues or damages, if applicable.
- Use of Workspace
Office Club is a professional environment designed for business use. Members are expected to:
- Conduct lawful business activities
- Maintain a respectful and professional atmosphere
- Use shared resources responsibly
Activities that may disrupt operations, compromise safety, or negatively impact other members are not permitted.
- Facilities & Infrastructure
We strive to provide a comfortable and reliable workspace, including internet, electricity, and shared amenities. While we aim for consistency, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or external factors.
- Community & Conduct
Office Club values a collaborative and respectful community. Members and their guests are expected to always behave professionally.
The Company reserves the right to manage access and ensure that the workspace environment remains safe and productive for everyone.
- Visitors & Guests
Members may invite guests with prior approval. Members remain responsible for their guests’ conduct while on the premises.
- Safety & Security
We take reasonable measures to maintain a secure workspace environment, including monitoring and access controls. Members are encouraged to take care of their personal belongings and business assets.
- Flexibility & Operational Changes
As a dynamic coworking space, Office Club may make changes to:
- Workspace layout
- Services and amenities
- Policies and procedures
These updates are aimed at improving overall experience and operational efficiency.
- Suspension or Termination
Membership may be suspended or discontinued in cases such as:
- Non-compliance with policies
- Non-payment of dues
- Activities affecting workspace environment
Members may also choose to discontinue services as per agreed terms.
- Limitation of Liability
Office Club provides a shared workspace environment and strives to maintain high standards of service. However, members are responsible for their own business operations, equipment, and data.
We encourage members to take appropriate precautions, including data backup and asset security.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with jurisdiction in Lahore.
